I use cupping in a way that is very similar to Pain Management massage but, instead of pressing down on muscles the whole time, I use the cups to create a vacuum or negative pressure effect to bring blood to the deeper muscles and structures and to effect the muscles but not weaken them.

Graston Technique is a type of soft tissue therapy that uses handheld instruments and a specialized form of massage. I tend to use the Graston Instruments on old injurious and scar tissue and use my hands on smaller areas and issues.

Kinesio Taping effects differ depending on how I apply the tape and with how much stretch. We tailor this to the individual client. I can focus on increasing joint stability, focus on redirecting the muscles or lifting the skin to reduce swelling.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage can reduce swelling and make the Lymphatic System work more efficiently. In fact, MLD can improve the function of the lymphatic system by up to 10X!
